The Proverbs 31 woman sounds like she drinks a lot of coffee. She has what seems to be boundless energy to watch over her affairs and every person in her home. She tirelessly pursues the best for her family.

She is the watchman of her home. A watchman in Hebrew is a noun that means to look out or about, keep watch; to lean forward, to peer into the distance, (Wikipedia) to wait for, keep the watch.

A watchman stands in the gap. Watches closely. She would have relationships with her husband and children, know their friends, and interests. She would not only care for their physical needs but their spiritual needs as well.

She would be the first one to be up praying over them, and the last one to speak into them as they leave. Her seeds of wisdom and faith leaving traces all over their lives. They do not doubt her but trust her with their lives.

She is trustworthy because she knows the gift of family and holds it dear as she watches over it carefully in every moment of every day.
