There is a blind man on the side of the road. He calls out to Jesus to heal him. Jesus stops. Turns and faces the man and asks Him what He wants Him to do for him. The man responds, “Lord, let me regain my sight!”

Jesus responds by saying, “Regain your sight; your faith has made you well.” The Bible says that this blind beggar’s eyes were immediately healed. He regained his sight, and began to follow Jesus and praising Him. When the people saw the blind beggar they recognized the miracle that had happened in his life. Then they too praised God.

Hope is built on nothing less than Jesus’ love. When we trust that God is going to do what He said He would do. We can have the confident hope that it will be done in Jesus’ name.
